Our Committees
Our operations are coordinated by the following committees, made up of volunteers and staff members.
Executive Committee
Our Executive Committee is responsible for governance and policy, and is made up of a Chair, Vice-chair, Secretary and Treasurer.
Finance Committee
Our Finance Committee oversees financial well-being and the fiduciary responsiblities of PFC. The Chair of this committee is Frederick Nicholson.
Amateur Sport Committee
Chaired by David Ardell, this committee reviews applications submitted to the Amateur Sport Grant Program three times a year.
Parks and Projects Committees
Each project undertaken by PFC has its own Committee of volunteers and staff members.

Chaired by Barry Worbets
East Calgary Greenway
Chaired by Bob Ward
Building Playgrounds and Communities
Chaired by Karen Hawitt
Haultain Park Committee
Chaired by Gerry Kalyniuk
Parks and Projects Advisory Committee
This committee is chaired by Gord Brown and is a think tank which works to coordinate the efforts of Project Committees. It also reviews and recomends new project ideas.
